This Question Is About:
I just bought my wife a ring and really not happy with “wow” factor. She gets her wedding dipped in some solution every 3 months and makes the ring “pop”. What is this and can any Jeweler perform?
The “dipping” process you’re referring to is called rhodium. Most jewelers should be able to do this. However, make sure you ask for them to put in a “bath” rather just using a rhodium pen so it could last longer. Keep in mind that this process does take away a micro layer of your ring each time. Doing this every 3 months may not be optimal for the life of most rings.
