6) It was Wed.4/21/04,Humpday

This is how I proposed. It was Wed.4/21/04,Humpday.
I also picked up the ring that day as well. There were no signs
of romance in the air, which was a good thing because I wanted
to catch her with her pants around her ankles. We had just finished
dinner and she was in a pretty good mood, for a Wed. anyway. She
asked me to go on a walk, I agreed to go. Before leaving the house,
I was looking for either chalk or a candle to take with me on our
walk. So as we were walking in our dimly lit neighborhood. I started
scribbling her nickname on the asphalt to see if the candle will
mark up the street. "G$" was written clear as day on
the street.

There’s this gazebo with a water fountain in
our complex covered with flowers, I thought that would be an ideal
place for
me to
pop the "Q", however, the candle wax/scribble wasn’t
seen clearly on white pavement. So I had to scrap that idea.

We proceeded to a very surrealistic street.
It was empty, the asphalt was dark as the evening sky. Visualize
a block from "Sesame
Street" at night time.
We stopped right there. I got down and started writing "ARRY" then "E" underneath
the "ARRY".
My then girlfriend said, "ARRY E?". So I said, "Babe,
give me your hand." As she gave me her hand, our silhouette
formed the letter "M". So I asked her to read it again…
She said, "Arry E…Mmmarry Me?" She looked over to me
and asked if I was serious. From that point, I dropped to one knee
and asked her to be my wife. Instead of saying yes, she shrieked, "OH
MY GOD!!!, WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR!?!?!?!". So I took that
as a yes.

We haven’t set a date yet, but May 14. 2005
is looking pretty sweet.
Thanks for reading my story.
