To ensure equal access to Quarterly Voting, the Quarterly Votes are tallied through the end of the following Quarter.
(IE. Voting for Quarter 1 January/February/March runs through the end of Quarter 2 April/May/June.)
In the event of a tie, The Diamond Guy retains the right to pick his choice as the winner.
