What is a perfect diamond of 100 carats or more called?

Hi Lynn,

Anything that the seller or buyer wants to call it! Large diamonds (over 20 carats) are often named (Hope, Cullinan, Orlav and others). Diamonds do not have to be larger than 100 carats or D color and Flawless to be named.
